Art and Yoga Retreat

At the end of the retreat you can expect to come away feeling energised, relaxed and inspired, having tried lots of new things, and with some tips and ideas for how you could continue with these practices afterwards.
The day is aimed at people with no previous experience of drawing, mindfulness or yoga, although if you have some experience of one or more of these areas you will still get a lot from the day, and the sessions will be tailed to your ability and experience. There will be plenty of time and space for reflection at the end of each session and the end of the day.
