Brian Spencer Marketing manager Tap social movement

I love being a part of Oxford’s vibrant, socially aware, and forward-thinking community. Working with Tap Social, and helping people rebuild their lives, keeps me incredibly motivated to do all that I can to make a positive impact.

– Brian Spencer, Marketing Manager

Five years ago, when we first arrived in Oxford, Tap Social served as a source of inspiration for us. Their example motivated us to embark on our own entrepreneurial journey with a strong sense of purpose driving every decision we made. During our early days, they generously offered us the use of their space without charge, which was incredibly supportive, we are now lucky enough to call them friends.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Amy and Tess from Tap Social Movement since they started, and it’s been incredible to watch their journey. They’ve created something truly special, combining great craft beer with a powerful social mission. I love what they’re doing and achieving—not just building a successful business, but also making a real difference in the community. Their passion and commitment inspire me, and it’s been an honour to support them along the way.

Tess, Amy and Paul are doing a fantastic job at Tap Social, pushing boundaries and giving people a 2nd change. Their bakery in Kennington is superb and they are a fantastic addition to the independent scene in and around Oxford.

Since the very beginning, Treehouse has partnered with Tap Social Movement to provide beer for the festival. Our aim at the festival is to partner with suppliers from within a 20-mile radius and we are passionate about supporting the work that Tap Social do. Tap Social beer always goes down a storm at Treehouse, and the team at Tap have been an integral part of our growth and success. You can be sure that at this summer’s festival, we’ll have cold beer on tap and good tunes playing to see you through your festival weekend.

We love Tap Social and have done lots of our own socialising there! A while back we even sponsored the building of the stage at the tap room so they can host live music and comedy.

Tap Social have been so supportive of Cranston Pickles, having me cook up street food regularly and host supperclubs at their Taproom – they are doing such amazing work through their social enterprise too. And of course, while brewing tasty tasty beers! It’s amazing seeing the work they are doing and watching them grow at their different venues – all unique and great in their own ways!
