The aim of SoleLuna is to create wonderful wood fired pizzas and build a great reputation along with a great service. SoleLuna Pizza is a family business run by Amira and myself, Daniel. It all started in 2013 when I decided to take the big step and make a living out of my passion for Italian cuisine. It wasn’t an easy decision but having worked in one of the best pizzerias in Rome while living in Italy gave me confidence that I could provide a traditional Neapolitan Pizza. Our pizzas are topped with the best Italian ingredients and we cook them in our traditional wood burning oven for 90 seconds at around 450 degrees. Our ingredients are carefully selected and our tomato sauce is made only with the best Italian plum tomatoes from the region of Mount Vesuvius. The mozzarella is exclusively fiori di latte and our buffalo mozzarella is sourced from the region of Caserta. We also try to do our best to protect the environment and in that sense our oven is DEFRA approved and the wood used is 100% natural, sustainable and renewable.
