Combining all three creates food that excites your taste buds and, best of all, is actively good for your body.
When bakery owner, Melissa Sharp, was faced with a serious illness in 2010 she was forced to confront the connection between stress, nutrition and chronic ill-health. This realisation led to Melissa discovering that you don’t need to miss out on taste if you want to eat healthily. Fast forward to the summer of 2013 and the vision for the bakery was set.
Come in and relax with a Monmouth coffee and one of our actively healthy cakes or pastries made entirely without refined sugars, treat your tummy to lunch with a sauerkraut and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread, or just pop in and pick up your daily loaf of organic bread and something from our range of carefully sourced, organic products.
Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5pm
Sunday, 9am – 4pm
